Privacy Policy

We collect what you give us. If you fill in the contact form we receive your name, email address, the area you said you were interested in, and your message. If you RSVP to a Founders Circle gathering we also receive your company name and your answer to the question on the form.

We record how you arrived at the site — the page you landed on and, where present, the campaign or referral information carried in the web address. We use that only to understand which of our own efforts are working.

Like most websites we use analytics to see which pages people visit. That data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally.

To reply to you, to deliver the work you have asked us for, and to send you information you have asked to receive. That is the whole list. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Enquiries and RSVPs are delivered to our email and stored in Google Workspace. The RAISE assessment is hosted by Typeform, and anything you enter there is covered by their privacy policy as well as this one. The site itself is hosted by Vercel. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf and under their own security commitments.

Enquiries and RSVPs are kept for as long as we have an active or prospective working relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. You can ask us to delete yours at any time.

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email grow@rosarium.work and we will take care of it. If you receive email from us you can unsubscribe at any time using the link in the message.

This site is meant for business audiences and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from them.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be made clear rather than slipped in quietly.
