ELEVATING EXPERTISE INTO INDUSTRY AUTHORITY

AEC Global Search Consultants already had deep expertise in executive search and leadership. The opportunity was to turn that expertise into a stronger, more visible brand presence—and create platforms where James could consistently share his perspective with the leaders AEC serves.

Rosarium developed an integrated strategy connecting James’ personal brand with AEC’s digital presence through thought leadership, strategic PR, original content, SEO, and industry-focused conversations.

The result was a growing ecosystem that positioned AEC not only as an executive search firm, but as a brand contributing to bigger conversations around leadership, succession planning, talent, and the future of the AEC industry.

Three Pillars

STRATEGY

Rosarium’s strategy centered around three key pillars:

01

Build Executive Thought Leadership

Elevate James’ expertise through strategic content, media opportunities, and conversations around leadership and talent.

02

Expand AEC’s Digital Authority

Strengthen the company’s visibility through social media, original content, SEO, and a growing library of industry insights.

03

Create Platforms for Industry Conversation

Develop opportunities for AEC to bring leaders together and lead meaningful conversations around the challenges shaping the industry.

THOUGHT LEADERSHIP & EXECUTIVE VISIBILITY

Rosarium built a consistent thought leadership presence around James and AEC, turning industry expertise into content designed to educate, engage, and build credibility.

James’ personal LinkedIn generated 9,391 impressions in the most recent quarter, increasing 46%, while engagement grew 64%. AEC’s company LinkedIn also saw continued visibility, with page views increasing 24.8% and unique visitors increasing 26.9%.

That visibility extended beyond owned channels through strategic PR and media opportunities. Across the two reporting periods, James and AEC earned coverage and appearances including Executive Function Magazine, Voyage Tampa, Improve Work Podcast, UC Today Podcast, ISF Podcast, and Bay News 9.

CREATING A PLATFORM FOR LEADERSHIP

One of the most significant pieces of Rosarium’s strategy was creating an original platform that could establish AEC as a convener of industry conversations.

Rosarium conceptualized and launched The AEC Leadership Blueprint, an executive roundtable series designed to position James as a trusted voice in leadership, succession planning, and talent strategy. Rosarium developed the branding, guest outreach, launch assets, promotional messaging, and coordinated the inaugural conversation around succession planning and leadership transition.

The initiative then grew beyond the roundtable itself. Following the first official session, Rosarium expanded the conversation into a dedicated blog, long-form YouTube content, and social media clips—turning one conversation into an ongoing thought leadership content platform for James and AEC.

BUILDING A STRONGER DIGITAL FOOTPRINT

Rosarium connected AEC’s thought leadership strategy with its digital presence, creating content that could continue building visibility long after it was published.

Strategic blogs expanded AEC’s library of industry-focused resources around executive onboarding, mergers and acquisitions, executive search, leadership development, culture, and talent. Professional video and photography also gave James and AEC a stronger library of content to support that presence.

Google-indexed website pages

At the same time, ongoing SEO work strengthened AEC’s search visibility. Google indexing expanded from 2 pages to 16, and the website began appearing for searches including “AEC executive search,” “retained executive search,” and “executive onboarding.”

Together, these efforts created a more connected digital ecosystem where PR, social media, original content, search visibility, and thought leadership worked together to reinforce AEC’s authority.
