Jordan was excited to take his business to the next level, and he knew the first step was to elevate his website and professional image. Rosarium provided a full package of contractor marketing services that included a brand new professional website and a refreshed library of photos and videos to elevate the JEM Glass brand. We also built campaigns to make introductions to every major general contractor in Tampa and provided subsequent bid proposal support.
Website & SEO Strategy
JEM Glass is a commercial contractor, meaning they only work with general contractors on non-residential projects. Rosarium conducted a number of shoots to build a photo and video library of JEM’s work that could visually tell that story. Then we leveraged those assets to create a website featuring a strong selection of keywords that general contractors frequently use in their online searches.

Social Media & Content Marketing
Rosarium composed a long-form bio for Jordan and used that to create new social media profiles. We then paired that refreshed text with new photo and video assets to relaunch Jordan’s and JEM’s social channels. Specifically, we posted weekly content that showcased JEM’s expertise in commercial glass — in addition to highlighting the team and the culture of the company.
LinkedIn Sales Navigator Campaign
We researched the entire contractor industry in Tampa and made a list of all major general contractors, plus a list of JEM’s competitors. We used the competitor information to make JEM’s case for being the best commercial glazing contractor in the area. Then we launched a campaign to introduce Jordan to general contractors and get on their bid lists, opening JEM up to a multitude of new opportunities.
JEM’s website ranked in the top spot on Google for four of the most-searched keywords including: commercial glass tampa, glass glazing tampa, commercial glazing tampa, and commercial glass contractor.
The website also experienced a 400%+ boost in new visitors.
The JEM LinkedIn page increased followers by 48.5% and the content boosted impressions to more than 1,000 per post.
That’s an uptick of almost 225%.
Jordan’s LinkedIn Sales Navigator campaign results rank in the top 1% of the industry.
Networking efforts included more than 300 messages to project managers, which yielded 500+ new connections in construction and 50 new general contractor contacts.
